Step 2: Make a hole in the center of the top lid
In this step, you will need to make a hole in the center of the top lid with accuracy. Use a hammer and nail to poke a hole through the center of the top of the lid. Make sure to perform this on a disposable surface. Don't go around poking holes through the dinner table.
Step 3: Attach wire in the hole of the lid
Now, you will need to take a wire and attach it to the hole you made through nail and hammer. Cut 10 inches of wire and thread about an inch of it through the lid. Fold it back and tape.

Glue the line of the band completely and roll it in a bowl of alum powder. Leave it to dry for an hour or two.
